Baramati: A case has been registered at the Baramati Taluka Police Station against the wife who tried to kill her husband by pouring boiling hot water on his body due to a domestic dispute.

Sagar Madhukar Kumhar (age 35 years, business driver, resident Parvadi Jadhav Vasti Taluka Baramati District Pune) filed the complaint. In this case, a case has been registered under sections 307, 324, 506 of IPC against Kavita Sagar Kumbhar (age 28 years, resident of Parvadi Jadhav Vasti, Baramati District, Pune). The said incident took place on October 10 at around five in the morning at the residence.

Further information received from the police is that there was an argument between Sagar and Kavita over a mundane reason. In this argument, Kavita threw boiling hot water on her mouth, chest, stomach, secret organs and the area near the anus in the back with the intention of killing her husband Sagar. 40 percent of his skin has been burnt.
