With the holiday season well behind us, Starbucks has shifted from holiday deals to winter drinks and treats with the launch of its winter menu this week. But not all items are meant to warm you up.

Starbucks’ winter menu officially launches Tuesday in stores across the country, according to a statement from the coffee giant, featuring “must-have winter drinks to match sweater season.”

According to the release, two customer favorites will return to menus, while one item will debut in the winter range.

The Pistachio Latte is back for its third year, says Starbucks, with “pleasant flavors of sweet pistachio and rich brown butter combined with espresso and steamed milk.” Starbucks’ Red Velvet Loaf also returns for a limited time, a classic red velvet cake vanilla cake and topped with “white chocolate frosting.”

And while many winter drinks are served piping hot, Starbucks’ new winter drink isn’t one of them.

The Pistachio Cream Cold Brew, according to the release, made with a Starbucks Cold Brew base “sweetened with vanilla syrup” and “a silky-smooth cold foam topping with pistachio cream and salted brown butter nuggets,” is aimed at those who prefer cold coffee, no matter the again.

“Pistachio is the perfect flavor to follow the holiday season and get us through the winter season,” said Rosalyn Batingan of Starbucks’ beverage team in a post. “The soft, smooth profile provides a warm, cozy feeling, even when served cold.”

Food and beverages from Starbucks’ winter menu will be available in stores nationwide for a limited time, the company says.
