Sonoma County announces 2nd day of school closures due to extreme weather
SONOMA COUNTY, California (KGO) — Sonoma County announced the second day of school closures on Thursday evening due to extreme weather “due to fallen trees, lack of power, flooding or other storm-related issues.” .
Several Bay Area schools have announced closures due to Wednesday’s Level 5 storm, with classes resuming Friday.
Sonoma County, located in North Bay, is the only county to publicly announce an extension of school closures.

Fort Ross Primary District — All schools
Guerneville School District — All schools
Horicon School District — All schools
Kasia School District — All schools
Montgomery Elementary School — All schools
