The NIA court has recorded that the former police officer of the Mumbai Police Force, Sachin Vaze, wanted to create terror in the hearts of the Ambani family. The court recorded this opinion while rejecting the bail application of Sachin Vaze in the case of Mansukh Hiren murder and placing explosives outside Antelia bungalow. PTI has reported about this.
Special NIA Judge A. M. Patil denied bail to accused Sachin Vaze on September 16. A detailed order was made available in this regard on Friday (September 22). These things have been disclosed in it. The accused and his co-accused, who applied for bail citing the testimony of the court, created panic in the minds of the Ambani family. Mansukh Hiren was also killed by conspiracy.
“Mansukh Hiren’s Murder Planned”
“It was a well-planned murder. Utmost care was taken to escape the clutches of the law. These are not simple charges under the Indian Penal Code. In such a situation, if the accused is granted bail, there is a possibility of influencing the witnesses,” the court opined.
