The Koparkhairane police found a four to five-day-old female baby in a bag and a case has been registered against an unknown person in the Koparkhairane police station. Five to six months ago, a similar newborn was found in a garbage dump in Turbhe area. When the cleaning staff saw the newborn in Turbhe, they immediately informed the police.
Such incidents have happened many times in Navi Mumbai area. It is not even a year since the incident of the new born baby in Turbhe area, a small baby girl of four to five days old has been found in Ghansoli. So now it will be important to see what action the Koparkhairane police will take after finding the unknown person. Because many times a girl child is easily thrown away in the dustbin or anywhere else, many citizens say that strict action should be taken against such heartless people.
