Naveen Ul Haq Retirement : Afghanistan cricket team fast bowler Naveen Ul Haq announced a big decision before the start of World Cup. He announced that he will retire from ODI cricket after the World Cup. He gave this information through an Instagram post.
Naveen Ul Haq posted on Instagram and said, ‘I consider it my honor to represent my country. But now I have decided to retire from ODI cricket. I will retire after the World Cup.’
“But I am looking forward to wearing the blue jersey of my country in T20 cricket. I will continue to represent my country in T20. Taking this decision was not easy for me. I thank the Afghanistan Cricket Board and my fans for their support and love.’
Naveen Ul Haq was in the limelight for his spat with Virat Kohli in the last IPL season. Naveen Ul Haq has also had a controversial career in league cricket in various countries.
