Attack on Chief Minister’s house
According to media reports, an aggressive group attacked Chief Minister Biren Singh’s ancestral house in Imphal but this time there was no one in his house, the incident took place on Thursday night. After this incident, the security guards fired in the air. But the attackers detonated explosives outside the house.
Tires burned
According to the police, two groups marched towards the Chief Minister’s house from different directions. But they were stopped at some distance. Police had to fire tear gas to disperse them. After that, the administration shut down the electricity in the entire area. This will reduce the visibility of the insurgents. This time the rebels burnt tires in the middle of the road.
Two students died
On Tuesday, two students were killed as the agitating students became aggressive. After this, police imposed curfew in two districts namely Imphal East and Imphal West. 65 people have been injured since Tuesday.
