Solapur: A sensational incident has taken place at Bhole Khurd in Madha taluka of Solapur district. The husband strangled his wife and committed suicide by hanging himself in the house. Solapur district has been shaken by this sensational incident. Prashant Mahadev Ohol (aged 34, native of Modnimb, currently resident of Whole Khurd) strangled his wife Sonali Ohol (aged 26) at their residence. After that he also ended his own life by hanging himself.

Prashant came to his in-laws after quarreling with his parents. For the past several months, he was living in his mother-in-law’s village. The in-laws were also happy as the son-in-law and daughter were living in front of each other. But, Prashant has taken such an extreme step and he has been shocked.

Police Inspector Deepak Patil of Temburni Police Station has visited the incident site and got information about the incident. Prashant Ohol is originally a resident of Modnimb and due to a quarrel with his father, he was living in the in-laws’ house in Whole for a few months. The in-laws were shocked to see the dead bodies of the husband and wife on Saturday morning. The Tembhurni police have sent the bodies to the Tembhurni Primary Health Center for post-mortem. The mother-in-law and in-laws are shocked as the son-in-law killed the girl and committed suicide himself.
