Mumbai: Sad news has come out from the art world. Famous writer, director and actor Prayag Raj has passed away. Prayag Raj, who wrote several films of Amitabh Bachchan, breathed his last on Saturday. Prayag Raj was also known as Yahoo. He lent his voice to a song in the movie ‘Jangli’ in the 60s and the word yahoo became very popular.

The exact reason of Prayag Raj’s death has not been revealed yet. He died at the age of 88 at his residence in Bandra. But according to the information given by the family, he was cremated at Shivaji Park crematorium on Sunday.
