Where Is the Missing Second Bangle in ‘Ms. Marvel,’ and Who Has It?

One of the biggest mysteries established in Phase Four of the MCU was the location of the second bangle, the twin to the iconic accessory worn by Kamala Khan that triggers her powers in Ms. Marvel. In the Disney Plus show, New Jersey teenager Kamala becomes the superhero she’s always dreamed of when she inherits her grandmother’s bangle, which triggers her mutant (not inhuman) genes.

For all six episodes of Ms. Marvel we found out that the bangle was being sought by the Clandestines, a race of djinn-like beings from the Noor Dimension who wanted to use the artifact to actually open a door to return home (and, you know, destroy the World too) . We also learned that a second bangle was out there somewhere, but its location was never revealed in the show itself.

Ms. Marvel seen many clues as to where the second bangle might have ended up. In a flashback, we learned that Kamala’s own bangle had been found in temple of Ten Rings raided by the British, found on the disembodied hand of Kree. She is overwhelmed by the combined energy of the two bangles and opens a tear in space/time to another reality (but that’s a whole other story).

With Dar-Benn destroyed, the two Quantum Bands are entrusted to Kamala. It is not clear how Ms. Marvel can withstand the power of both bangles when Dar-Benn couldn’t, but maybe it’s because of her own mutant genes or else because she managed to stay bonded with one bangle longer than the previous Kree villain did this. donning the second.
