TruFin extends Sage agreement, adds subscription packages in Ireland
(Alliance News) – TruFin PLC on Monday said it is extending its agreement with accounting, financial human resources and payroll technology provider Sage Group PLC, adding the its Satago business services with some Sage 50 subscription packages in Ireland.
The London-based financial technology holding company for niche lenders and early payment providers said this builds on the agreement previously announced in October to bring this offering to the UK.
Under the agreements, it said Sage 50 customers will gain access to Satago’s core platform solutions, credit control and risk insights to better manage the debtor book theirs.
TruFin also said it has signed a statement of work to bring Satago’s invoice financing service into Sage 50, and is looking to launch this integrated financing solution during the first quarter of 2023.
It said it will make it easier for small and medium-sized businesses to overcome common cash flow challenges, and will initially be available in the UK.
“The development highlights Satago’s continued partnership with Sage, which provides innovative solutions for Sage 50 customers,” TruFin said in a statement.
Shares in TruFin traded flat at 57.00 pence each in London on Monday morning, while shares in Sage rose 0.5% to 764.40p.
