Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, who was on Chhattisgarh tour, traveled by train on Monday. He traveled 117 kilometers from Bilaspur to Raipur. After attending the Congress residence conference held in Bilaspur, Rahul boarded the sleeper coach of Intercity Express from Bilaspur. They reached Raipur railway station at around quarter to six in the evening. During this time, CM Bhupesh Baghel and in-charge Kumari Selja were also with him in the train. Rahul traveled in the train like a normal passenger and also roamed around and met people and inquired about their problems.
While posting a picture on the social media platform from the official handle of Congress, it was told that Rahul Gandhi is going from Bilaspur to Raipur. In a video posted by news agency ANI, Rahul Gandhi is seen among the passengers in the sleeper class bogie of the train.

Rahul Gandhi had arrived in Parsada village of Takhatpur development block of Bilaspur district on Monday to participate in the Housing Justice Conference program of the state government. There he addressed a meeting. After that he reached Bilaspur railway station and caught the Intercity Express train to go to Raipur.
Along with Rahul Gandhi, Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, Congress state in-charge Kumari Selja, state party chief Deepak Baij and other leaders were also seen traveling by train. According to the schedule, the arrival time of the train in which Rahul Gandhi left for Raipur is 5:45 pm. MLA Kuldeep Juneja and other officials welcomed him cordially on platform number 1 of Raipur railway station.
