PM Narendra Modi Flag Off 9 Vande Bharat Trains In 11 States

Vande Bharat Trains: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday flagged off 9 Vande Bharat trains in 11 states. Through these Vande Bharat trains, not only will the travel time in all these states be reduced, but connectivity will also increase. PM Modi flagged off all Vande Bharat trains through video conferencing. Vande Bharat trains are already running on many routes across the country. In such a situation, the fleet of Vande Bharat trains is also going to become bigger with these trains.

These nine Vande Bharat Express trains are going to run in 11 states. These states include Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Bihar, West Bengal, Kerala, Odisha, Jharkhand and Gujarat. Connectivity in these states will improve through Vande Bharat trains. PM Modi also addressed the people on this occasion. Governors, Chief Ministers and other top officials of these 11 states were also present at the launch of Vande Bharat trains. Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav also participated in it.

People of 11 states got Vande Bharat facility

The speed of infrastructure is matching the aspirations of 140 crore Indians of the country. This is what today’s India wants. PM said that 9 Vande Bharat trains will be started simultaneously today. This is an example of this. People of 11 states including Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Bihar, West Bengal, Kerala, Odisha, Jharkhand and Gujarat have got the facility of Vande Bharat today.

1.1 crore people traveled by Vande Bharat

PM Modi said that the new Vande Bharat trains are more modern and comfortable than before. These Vande Bharat trains are a symbol of the new zeal and enthusiasm of the new India. I am happy that the craze for Vande Bharat is continuously increasing. So far 1.1 crore people have traveled by this train. Different states and union territories of the country have got the facility of 25 Vande Bharat trains. Now 9 more Vande Bharat Express will be added to it. Soon Vande Bharat will run to every part of the country.

Vande Bharat increased tourism

Addressing the people, PM Modi said that this train has become very important for those who want to keep the travel time to a minimum. Vande Bharat train has boosted tourism and economic activities. The number of tourists is also increasing in the places where Vande Bharat facilities are reaching. With the increase in the number of tourists, new employment opportunities are being created. Every person of every country is proud of the achievements of India.

All these Vande Bharat trains have been brought with this spirit. Indian Railways is the companion of the poorest person in the country. The number of people who travel by train here in a day is not equal to the population of many countries. Our government is engaged in the rejuvenation of Indian Railways.

Railway budget increased eight times in 9 years

The Prime Minister said that our government has made an unprecedented increase in the railway budget. This year, India’s railway budget has been budgeted eight times more than what it was in 2014. Continuous work is being done on new trains, new routes and new stations. He said that many old stations still exist in the country. Therefore, developing India now needs to develop these stations also.
