HAGERSTOWN, Maryland, Feb 4 (Reuters) – President Joe Biden on Saturday said he told the Pentagon on Wednesday to shoot down a Chinese spy balloon as soon as possible and praised those who did this Saturday. “They successfully pulled it off, and I want to compliment our airmen who did it,” Biden told reporters.
