According to Aman Tripathi, resident of Khargapur Kaushalpuri Colony, Gomtinagar, he had applied for getting the status certificate made. Despite completion of the paperwork, the certificate was not being made. Accountant Avinash demanded a bribe of Rs 15 thousand. When he refused to pay the bribe, he stuck the certificate. Aman complained about this to Vigilance. Vigilance laid a trap. Under this, Aman reached the tehsil on Monday and agreed to pay the amount to the accountant. As soon as he gave the money, the Vigilance team caught the accountant.
