Lisa Kudrow is the final Friends star pay tribute to Matthew Perry with ‘thankful’ post | Celebrity News | Showbiz & TV

Lisa Kudrow took to Instagram with an emotional tribute to Matthew Perry.

Her comments came shortly after posts from Jennifer Aniston and David Schwimmer today.

Their tributes were preceded by statements from Courteney Cox and Matt LeBlanc on social media on Tuesday.

In her post, Kudrow, best known as the show’s eccentric Phoebe Buffay, shared a bright photo of herself and Perry together behind the scenes on Friends.

They both smiled for the camera in the shot, which was apparently taken shortly after six people fired shots at the pilot of the NBC sitcom.

“Pilot shot, Friends Like Us picked up, then right away, we were at the NBC Upfronts,” she captioned the image.

“Then…You suggested we play poker AND it made it so much fun when we first banded. Thank you for that.”

Kudrow went on to reminisce about some fond memories from her time together with co-star Chandler Bing.

“Thank you for making me laugh so hard about something you said, my muscles tensed up, and tears streamed down my face EVERY DAY,” she wrote.

“Thank you for your open heart in a six way relationship that required compromise. And a lot of “talk.”

“Thank you for showing up at work when you weren’t well and then, being brilliant.

“Thank you for the best 10 years anyone will ever have. Thank you for trusting me.

“Thank you for everything I have learned about GRACE and LOVE through knowing you. Thank you for the time I had with you, Matthew.”
