Mahesh Bhatt graced the stage on the singing reality show `Indian Idol 14`. He remembered the legendary singer Kishore Kumar, expressing how Kishore would always be the best time in the studio.

In a heartwarming moment that happened Indian Idol 14, Menuka, a visually impaired contestant, took to the stage to sing a rendition of Kishore Da’s legendary song `Gali Mein Aaj Chand Nikla`. Menuka’s soulful voice opened something within Mahesh Bhatt, who immediately seemed to be in tears. The filmmaker’s eyes were visibly tearing up as he took in the melody being played. In the video, Shreya Ghoshal is seen matching pitch with Menuka while singing. Mahesh even went on stage to hug Menuka; he is said to be saying, `Tere paas voh dil hain, sabsa zyaada dil hain`

Pooja Bhatt’s elder daughter Mahesh Bhatt took to Instagram to post the video praising the contestant. She told him, “It is not art, but HEART, that conquers the whole world!”
