Tanveer Sangha will become a threat to India
21 year old young leg spinner Tanveer Sangha can create havoc in the 3 match ODI series against India. He was born in Sydney only. But his father Joga Sangha is from India. Jogha is a resident of Rahimpur village, a little away from Jalandhar. He came to Australia from India in 1997 and settled there. This is how Tanveer Sangha relates to India. He has also visited India many times. Now Tanveer is also a part of the Australia team for the ODI series against India. There is full hope that now he will get a chance to bowl in his native country also.
Tanveer’s career has been like this till now
Tanveer Sangha is a leg spinner. He recently made his debut for Australia in T20 cricket against South Africa. Sangha took 4 big wickets in his very first match. Sangha has debuted for Australia in both ODI and T20.
He has played 1 ODI and 2 T20s for Australia so far, in which he has taken 1 and 5 wickets respectively. Tanveer can now become a big threat against India also. He can prove to be even more lethal on Indian pitches, because Indian pitches are spin friendly. It is expected that he will get a chance in the first ODI also.
