According to sources, a motorcycle was found abandoned near Kharsia Road. Police have recovered the bike and are interrogating the people nearby.

According to the police, people had deposited this jewelery in the bank for loan. Which were in 78 different packets. The jewelery was worth around 2900 grams.

Late on Tuesday evening, IG Ajay Yadav inspected the bank after the incident and also interrogated the employees separately. IG Ajay Yadav said that after the incident, police stations of all the districts have been alerted. He said that a professional gang is involved in the incident who may be from Jharkhand.

Accused’s bike found, number plate fake

The IG said that the number plate of the bike recovered from the accused was fake and the bike was stolen. Police is investigating from this angle also. The IG says that continuous talks are being held with the DGs of Odisha and Jharkhand regarding the incident. He told that before the incident the accused had done a complete recce.
