This month it has already distributed a dividend of Rs 5 to the shareholders and now it is going to do a stock split. Investors will get 10 shares for one. Talking about the returns of stocks, it has proved to be a multibagger and has made investors millionaires. It reached a record high on Friday, September 19. Profit-booking led to a slight softening in prices but still the stock remained in a strong position and closed up 2.83 per cent at Rs 1809.85 on BSE.
When is the record date – The record date for the split of Themis Midcare shares has been fixed. According to the information given by the company in the exchange filing, Tuesday October 10 has been fixed as the record date for the stock split in the ratio of 1:10. After the stock split, the face value of the shares with a face value of Rs 10 will remain at Rs 1.
Earlier, the company had distributed a dividend of Rs 5 per share to the investors. The record date for it was fixed as 1 September 2023 but later it has been changed to 9 September. This was the final dividend for the financial year 2022-23.
