The Indian rowing team has started the 19th Asian Games with a win. On Wednesday, the Indian men’s and women’s teams kept their medal hopes alive in rowing’s lightweight double sculls event at the Games in Hangzhou, China. Both the teams have reached the repechage round.
In the men’s lightweight double scull, Arjun Lal Jat and Arvind Singh finished second in the heats with a time of 6:27.45. Apart from this, Satnam Singh and Parminder Singh also finished second in their heat with a time of 6:27.01. Both will now participate in the repechage round. Evening match with Korea in volleyball
Today at 4 pm there is a volleyball match with Korea. Earlier, the Indian men’s volleyball team defeated Cambodia 3-0 in the league match.

The Indian men’s volleyball team secured a one-sided victory in the third match of Group C on Tuesday. The team defeated Cambodia by a margin of 25-14 in the first game. The team won the first game in 22 minutes. Similarly, the second game was won 25-13 in 19 minutes and the third game was won 25-19 in 19 minutes.
