Rajkot News: More Than 800 Cases Increases In Fever, Dengue, Malaria And Chikungunya

Rajkot News: Heavy rains have been lashing Gujarat for the past three-four days, due to which many cities and districts have seen scenes of devastation. In Gujarat, Saurashtra and Rajkot are also receiving heavy rains, and now the epidemic has taken hold here. Cases of fever, dengue, chikungunya and malaria are on the rise in the city.

According to the information, the epidemic has once again raised its head in Rajkot and its surrounding villages due to the rains that have been falling for the past few days. According to the latest statistics, there has been a rapid increase in cold sore and fever cases in Rajkot since last one week. At present, Rajkot has registered more than 800 cases of common diseases. Epidemics have worsened in the city environment, with 10 cases of dengue, 9 cases of chikungunya and 2 cases of malaria and the numbers are likely to rise. In the last one week, 582 cases of cold cough, 52 cases of common fever, 227 cases of diarrhea and vomiting have been reported. At present, the system has carried out house-to-house spraying and pest control operations in the city. Not only that, 113 people have also been issued notices due to the outbreak of mosquitoes.
