A man was caught by the LCB police while watching a live cricket match on a mobile phone on the bank of a lake in Jamnagar, gambling and gambling, and seized a mobile phone, motorcar and cash from him.
On the basis of the information that a man named Bhavesh Venilal Kothari was playing live cricket match between India and Australia near the petrol pump on the banks of the lake in Jamnagar, LCB police conducted a raid yesterday and arrested Bhavesh Kothari. Also, cash worth Rs.12,470, a mobile phone worth Rs.5000 and a motor car worth Rs.4 lakh were seized from his possession.
In the interrogation of the accused, it was revealed that Alan Singh, Kasambhai, Devani, Vicky Khoja, Kamlesh, Vijay alias VD and Om Lohana were also in contact with him on mobile phones. Hence, a crime has been registered against these five and investigation is underway.
