(Alliance News) – Sanlorenzo Spa announced on Saturday that general manager Ferruccio Rossi sold 11,000 shares in the company.
The shares were sold at an average unit price of EUR36.3318 for a total consideration of EUR399,649.80.
Sanlorenzo stock trades flat at EUR36.95 per share.
