The municipality has planned to build the state’s first opera house-like town hall in Vadodara. In Mumbai, the audience will be able to enjoy the art on the ramp from a 360 degree angle, just as the audience enjoys the artist’s art on the fusion of ramp and stage in Mumbai. A town hall will be constructed at a cost of 25 crores in the premises of Sama Shaq market.
There are 3 town halls in Kalanagari Vadodara. Now the municipality has planned to build a town hall like an opera house. A typical town hall has a stage and seating for spectators in front of it, while the newly built town hall will have a 108 feet long and 70 feet wide ramp and a fusion of the stage.
Where artists will display art and viewers can sit and watch in a 360 degree angle. The 400-seat town hall will have seating arrangements for spectators. Also, a covered amphitheater and a preview theater will be built along with the main town hall. There will be 175 square feet of space for actors to stand before performing on stage. A special type of staircase will be arranged to prevent pushing and shoving.

} There will also be a mini stage and screen for speakers to speak on, presentations can be made.

A hydraulic platform will allow actors to enter the ramp like movie heroes
} In this town hall, more than one artist will be able to take the ramp directly from under the ramp with the help of a hydraulic platform.
} A hydraulic platform will be built in the basement 12 feet below the town hall, which will give entry to performers in the center of the ramp. This platform will be 8 by 8 feet.
A baby feeding center will also be established for the first time
Baby feeding centers will be set up at different places in the town hall. Also, a first aid center will be made available to provide first aid if any person is injured.

We have studied cultural centers abroad as well as in Mumbai and this is an effort to meet the needs of Kalanagari artists. Every class of people, school, organization and political program can be held in this hall.
