  • Flight landed after 3.30 PM instead of 11 PM Flight diverted to Bangalore, passengers from Ahmedabad stranded

Passengers coming from Goa to Ahmedabad in the flight of Akasha Air had to face a lot of trouble. A flight from Mumbai to Goa had to divert to Bengaluru airport on Friday night after circling in the sky for 15 minutes without getting landing clearance due to bad weather. Due to which passengers coming from Goa to Ahmedabad had to sit in the terminal for hours.

The Akasha Air flight from Mumbai to Goa was scheduled to land at 10.40 pm on Friday night. But the flight could not land due to bad weather due to rain in Goa. Thus the captain diverted the flight to Bangalore airport. Thus the flight from Bangalore was delayed in coming back to Goa airport.

Thus 160 passengers coming from Goa to Ahmedabad were sitting at the airport waiting for the flight. The flight from Goa departed late at night and reached Ahmedabad airport early on Saturday morning at 3.30 am i.e. after a delay of four and a half hours. Thus the passengers of the flight were put in trouble throughout the night.

Due to factors like technical glitches or bad weather, the schedule of various airlines has been affected for the past few days and many passengers have been suffering.
